Services

MoviraToday provides home renovation and construction services including but not limited to kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovation, flooring installation, painting, and home additions. All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals.

Estimates and Contracts

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Work begins only after a signed contract and required deposits. Changes to the original scope of work must be approved in writing and may affect the final cost and timeline.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual contracts. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Final payment is due upon project completion and customer approval.

Warranties

We provide a 2-year warranty on workmanship and honor all manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

Liability

MoviraToday carries comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the contracted work. We are not responsible for damage to personal property not directly related to the renovation work.

Permits and Codes

We obtain all necessary permits and ensure work complies with local building codes. Permit costs are included in project estimates unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel contracts within 3 business days of signing. Cancellations after work has begun may be subject to charges for completed work and materials ordered.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Springfield, Illinois, under Illinois state law.
